Terms of Service

BuildingHub is a software service operated by Orlando Ernesto Lluberes Mejia, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, trading under the name BuildingHub. BuildingHub is a brand name, not a registered company.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "BuildingHub" mean Orlando Ernesto Lluberes Mejia. "You" means the company or person that creates a BuildingHub workspace and everyone they invite. Questions about these terms: support@buildinghubrd.com.

BuildingHub is subscription software that helps condominium administrators manage buildings, units, residents, maintenance requests, reservations, dues, documents and community communications, with an AI assistant included on every plan.

You pay for access to the software. We do not manage properties, collect dues on your behalf or give legal, accounting or financial advice.

By creating a workspace or using BuildingHub you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

BuildingHub is intended for businesses and professional administrators. Residents invited by their management company use it under that company's account.

A company owner creates the workspace and is responsible for the people they invite, the roles they assign and the information added to it.

Keep sign-in details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Plans are billed per company: a base price plus the active units across your condominiums, monthly or annually. Residents never add to the bill. Current prices are shown on our pricing page, and taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until they are cancelled. If we change prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.

Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period is charged at once.

Downgrades take effect immediately and the unused part of the previous plan is credited on the next invoice.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits that resets on the first day of each month. Company owners can buy extra credit packs; purchased credits apply to the month they are paid in. Credits can only be used for the assistant inside BuildingHub. Unused credits do not carry over, cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

Do not use BuildingHub to break the law, to upload content you have no right to share, to send spam, to interfere with the service or to attempt to access data outside your permissions.

The assistant answers from your community's records and prepares actions that only take effect after a person confirms them. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong: check important answers before relying on them.

Your company owns the data it adds. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

You are responsible for having the right to add residents' personal information and for telling them how you use it.

We work to keep BuildingHub available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause the service briefly for maintenance and will give notice of planned downtime when we can. Support is provided by email at support@buildinghubrd.com.

The company owner can cancel at any time from Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

We may suspend or close a workspace for unpaid invoices or a serious breach of these terms, after giving notice where reasonably possible.

When a company is closed, its data can be restored for 30 days. After that it is permanently deleted.

BuildingHub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for BuildingHub in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will tell company owners by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use BuildingHub after that date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and disputes will be handled by its competent courts, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
